Tyranny of government by republicans, Trump

Questioning election has brought ridicule to state
To Sen. Daines , Rep. Giantforte, and attorney general Tim Fox who supported the attempt by the Texas attorney general to overturn the results of a free and fair election: Here is what you accomplished and made clear to everyone:
1. You don’t support our nation’s Constitution. You have made a mockery of the oath you swore to uphold it.
2. You are in favor of overthrowing America’s democracy.
3. You favor fascism, where dictators will do anything possible to maintain power against the will of the majority of its citizens.
4. You dishonored the legacy of millions of our service members who fought in World War II to defeat the fascist regimes of Germany, Italy and Japan.
5. You no longer have any credibility and cannot be trusted. Any future statements and/or actions from you going forward will be met with many grains of salt.
6. You are not a conservative because conservatives believe in states’ rights, which you just attempted to end, and conservatives do not support unnecessary and wasteful spending of taxpayer dollars, as well as frivolous lawsuits that serve to tie up courts.
Daines, Giantforte, and Fox should be ashamed and embarrassed for the ridicule their actions have brought to the citizens of Montana.

World burns while Trump continues election nonsense
While covid burns through the nation and Russian hackers infiltrate top-level federal agencies, the president fiddles with the election. Montana’s AG and various Republican-elects supported the specious presidential election lawsuit brought by the Texas AG (who’s under investigation for bribery – pardon, please?) against several other states. Had it gone forward, maybe California could file suit against Montana for inadequate emission standards, or Illinois could file a complaint for inadequate gun controls? Our supposedly pro-life (and evangelical darling) president is delivering
a string of warp-speed executions for Christmas.
Gen. Flynn is pardoned by the president and then promptly starts blogging in support of martial law, suspension of the Constitution and putting the military in charge of elections.
The Arizona GOP’s website was widely reported to have tweeted an open question to its readership if they “were willing to die” to overturn the election results to Trump’s favor.
The list continues, but if the above strikes you as anti-democratic, dangerous or bizarre, well – maybe you’re just not cult material.

Fox, Gianforte disgrace state, voters will remember
Shame on you for signing on to an inaccurate and frivolous lawsuit designed to throw out millions of votes. What does that say about you? It says that you would impugn the validity of another state’s election and at the same time, put into question the validity of your own election. It says the other side can’t win. It says that only my team gets to hit a home run. We all love courage and we all love someone who fights to the finish. But there is a finish line. Not all who run cross first.
We are a country based on opposition parties. But, historically, parties that in their opposition, both loved and embraced democracy. Loved what formed our great experiment of democracy. Liked
free and fair elections. They did not sign on to letters or lawsuits to thwart democracy. They accepted defeat and woke up the next day, committed to work harder on their platforms, work intently on their parties. Accepting defeat and choosing to believe there is another day.
You are sworn to uphold the law. Election offices across the entire country, staffed by Republicans and Democrats, worked tirelessly to ensure this election to be correct. Yet, you feel it is necessary
to condemn their actions.
You have disgraced yourselves. This will never go away. Montanans will remember.

Where or where will the tyranny of government end?
I am sick and tired of the government mandating that we drive on the right side of roadways. That is a fundamental infringement of my rights (guaranteed in the Constitution of the United States of America) to be free of undue government interference. If some are upset when I randomly drive on the left or middle of the road that is their problem, not mine. Alert drivers should be able to avoid colliding with my vehicle no matter how and where I drive.
I am especially concerned about the profitability of business located on the left side of streets I’m driving on. Under current government overreach I am forced to either park on the road’s right side and then find a safe way to walk all the way across the street or I must drive a substantial additional distance to reverse direction in order to park near the front of the business. In many cases this might result in my decision not to patronize the business, which reduces its profitability and its ability to maintain its employment base.
Perhaps we should consider picketing in front of the private home residences of the police chief and sheriff in an attempt to end this driving lane enforcement tyranny.
