Letter to the Editor: Placement of yard signs says a lot about candidates

Please read this Letter to the Editor in the Bozeman Daily Chronicle by on where the placement of yard signs matters.

For me, it’s informative to see which candidates’ signs pop up in vacant lots that are soon to be bulldozed and turned into the next box store or housing development. You’ve seen them. They’re usually really big, expensive billboards. These signs tell me that those candidates are being backed by big money, but that nobody is personally taking responsibility for endorsing the candidate. No thanks. I have much more respect for the opinion of anybody who places a sign front of where they live. Take responsibility for who you’re backing.
