Revitalizing the Democratic Party from the bottom up

Over the last five years, the Gallatin County Democrats have grown from a dedicated group of volunteers to an organization committed to expanding Democratic presence and power in the county and across the state. Your neighbors in the Gallatin County Democrats work year-round to

  • build a stronger and larger base of volunteers organizing in neighborhoods,
  • support, train and encourage prospective and current candidates running for local and legislative office, and
  • help elect more Democratic representatives who will implement the policies necessary to make Gallatin County, Montana, and the United States a thriving, vibrant, diverse, and livable place to call home.

The Gallatin County Democrats have helped:

  • elect 4 Democratic candidates to county office in 2018,
  • flip a crucial Montana Senate seat in 2018 with the election of Pat Flowers,
  • elect 2 more Democratic candidates to county office in 2020,
  • maintain every Democratic seat in the Montana Legislature in 2020 when other key counties lost seats.

There is more to do, and you are critical for continued wins in Gallatin County.

Investment is needed to build the local Democratic infrastructure we need to win elections and ensure long-term success. The goal of this fundraising initiative is to raise the capital necessary to fund this local work through the 2022 election, including candidate support, outreach activities, and volunteer engagement.
