Please join us on Tuesday, December 17 from 6-7:30 pm for the annual Gallatin Dems Holiday Potluck at the Bozeman Senior Center (807 N Tracy Ave). Mark Smith, Democrat organizer in Belgrade, will provide BBQ proteins and sides–please bring a dessert to share.
We will be joined by special guest Dorothy Bradley, who personifies what it means to be a Montana Democrat. First elected in 1970 as a 23-year old Representative from Gallatin County, Dorothy was the only woman in the House at that time. Guided by an abiding love for Montana and the values we hold as Democrats, Dorothy championed the issues that makes Montana the Last Best Place: a clean and healthful environment, personal privacy, due process, equal protection under the law, civil liberties, and a free and open government.
Dorothy’s political career is characterized by a simple question: What is the right thing to do? In these challenging times, we look forward to hearing her insights and wisdom on what lies ahead for Gallatin County, the State of Montana, and our United States of America.
