A coalition are Rallying for Reproductive Rights this Friday, August 9 at 5:00 PM at the Bozeman Public Library (626 E Main St). Speakers to include: Stephanie McDowell, Bridgercare’s Executive Director; Persephone Fossi, President, Student Advocates for Reproductive Rights at MSU; Democratic Candidate for HD 61 Becky Edwards; Jan Strout, Montana National Organization for Women (MT NOW) Leader; Senate District 30 Democratic Candidate Cora Neumann.
MT NOW is sponsoring the Rally and cosponsors include ACLU of MT, Americans for Contraception, Bozeman City for CEDAW, Bridgercare, Forward Montana, Gallatin Democrats, Montanans for Choice, Montanans Securing Our Reproductive Rights, Student Advocates for Reproductive Rights at MSU, Planned Parenthood Advocates of Montana, SHE Health and Wellness, and many other organizations who defend reproductive rights, health care, and justice.
